Introduction

Zest measures how your team actually uses AI — and spreads what works.

Get started

  1. 1

Install a plugin. One command in your coding agent.

  2. 2

Code like normal. Nothing changes about how you work.

  3. 3

Check the dashboard tomorrow. Your first sessions will be scored.

Free for 3 seats. No credit card. Jump to plugins.

How it works

  • Capture — The plugin records each agent session locally: prompts, model, skills, tool calls, duration.

  • Redact — Secrets and sensitive strings are stripped on your machine, before anything is sent.

  • Sync — Sanitized sessions upload to your workspace in the background.

  • Analyze — Zest scores each session and links it to the pull request it produced.

  • Share — The dashboard, standups and CheatCodes push what worked back to the team.

You never write anything down. The plugin is the only setup step.

What Zest measures

  • AI time

Measured seconds your agents spent working, per engineer.

  • Models and harnesses

Which ones your team actually reaches for.

  • Prompts and skills

The planning prompts behind your best sessions.

  • PR throughput

Sessions tied to merged pull requests, via the GitHub integration.

Per engineer, per team, over time — so a practice that works for one person stops living in one person's head.

Install as many as you use. Sessions from every agent land in the same workspace.

Your code stays yours

  • Redaction runs locally, before upload.

  • /zest:ignore turns tracking off for a folder.

  • /zest:privacy shows exactly what gets redacted.

  • /zest:disable stops syncing entirely.

Next

  • Ask Zest — Ask your own data a question in plain English.

  • Standups — Written from measured work, not memory.

  • CheatCodes — The prompts and skills your top performers keep reusing.
